Change your protein supplement?

do you always use the same protein supplement or do you change brands every once in a while? just curious.

Just make sure your protein powder says "isolates"

I use isolate only when I need quick protein.
I buy my powder in bulk , usually from diary distributer , Aussie or new zealand.
have 20 kg wpc and 20 kg wpi.

I use ion exhange isolate for post workout and the team skip protein for general throughout the day use. Both are from trueprotein and the only thing I change is the flavor

I always switch em up just because by time one jugs gone im burnt out on the flavor/taste of it and need change. I still use protein powders but try to take in most from animal proteins. Trueprotein makes a good product and doesnt taste bad like some other brands. Good stuff!

For years I literally tried them all. Most tasted horrible,,gave me stomach issues,,,rotten gas. I only use whey isloate. My body absorbs it like a sponge and the gains speak for themselves. I use the Synthepure brand and see no reason why I would try something else since this works so well.

noone else makes LBA's like Trueprotien has so i just stick with that, i do sometimes switch flavors though.
