Hey guys,I recently decided to get back into doing brazilian jiu-jitsu. After 2 years of strength training and not too much cardio, my cardio is definitely down the drain. I definitely want to keep strength gains and size but get my cardio back at my current size. I was wondering if anyone here balances the two and maybe looking for ideas on training and diet where I can progress in strength and raise my cardio. Ive been doing dc training the last 2 years and am sitting at 225 at 6' with about 10 % body fat...looking to optimize my training and seeing what opinions there were.
