changing training

Hey guys,I recently decided to get back into doing brazilian jiu-jitsu. After 2 years of strength training and not too much cardio, my cardio is definitely down the drain. I definitely want to keep strength gains and size but get my cardio back at my current size. I was wondering if anyone here balances the two and maybe looking for ideas on training and diet where I can progress in strength and raise my cardio. Ive been doing dc training the last 2 years and am sitting at 225 at 6' with about 10 % body fat...looking to optimize my training and seeing what opinions there were.

you think throwing in some high intensity cardio right after training would ruin gains?...even if i have a shake in between?

same here.this is wht work for me.everytime tht i lifted weight ,after i,m done i hit th bag and also work with kettabell(my spelling sux srry) and tht work for me,i started th weight training after th doc told me tht i can never let my legs/achills get weak it got torn in half from a title fight in denver.i was on atibotic which imflamed my achilles thn th ankle lock to tear it in half.needles to say i,m now i weight lifter for 3 yr now,doing good.i dont know enough to give u good advice only what works for me.this i do for 3 or 5 time a week. be smart be safe
