My brother had great if not better genetics then I do, he had the wheels developed and thick at age 19 he also had my chest or my fathers chest and his clavicles were wider, the only area i beat my brother was arms.

My old man had thick bis and chest and even up into his 50s they were about the same size as when he was in his 30s around 19inches, he is a freak of nature and beat out my Russian brother in law myself and my friend PJ in a push up contest a few years ago, talk about an embarrasing moment for us young guys.

My father is 60 years old and has shrunk a bit with age but he still has a 6 pack, even tho he is just covered in hair i can still see his abs, he trains on the bowflex and chuck norris machine and is in great shape while never touching a supp and eating small meals like a bird "well that what my mother says" lol.

I knew jay was next store to my gym at the vitamin store so i hit up ARMs and i just blew them fuckers up then after my workout ran in there and said ok ready for a pic Jay and he was like absolutely, my arms weren't cold lol.
