I just add ground cinnamon to my shakes. Noticed I go slightly hypo postworkout more often when it's added to my shakes. I especially noticed it when I added it preworkout. Ran out for a week and then started up again and went hypo after a full body workout so I definitely feel like it works. My fasted bg is 91-92.
