Well, 1 week down on CKD and I am down 10 pounds. I am feeling pretty damn good considering I have been keeping carbs under 30grams per day.
Doing cardio at 45 minutes 3 times per week and 20 minutes on lifting days.
Strength is stable but the damn cravings can be killer at times. I am staying strong though and refuse to be a perma-bulker any longer. Tenny said it best when he said "Permabulker = fat, lazy ass bodybuilder"!!!
Anyone else doing CKD right now? If so, what do your refeed days look like and how often are you doing them?
