It wasn’t immediate. Took a week or so to start feeling it and a couple months to be mostly reflux free. I took one capsule prior to meals 3 times daily

Ideally what you want to do is take one on an empty stomach and see if it gives you heartburn. If not, increase to two the next time and so in until it gives you heartburn. Then back off 1 capsule and thats your dose

I'm in Canada, I can probably help you out and point you to a 100 percent trusted online website where you can get that stuff and other meds. However, customs might be an issue. Also in case they don't ship to the US message me and I'll help you out.

I actually Have a Good Primary Dr.. He lets Me Dr. Myself.
I just call in what I need and He fulfills for the most part.
I bring in my own bloodwork for his opinion knowing the Experiment Im conducting...lol
