i dont understand, from some posts ive read, it dehydrates you? like you reduce water weight with it as well? my brother is on some now, and i am about to try it alone for the first time. hes taking the bulgarian kind 100mcg. he says he has no appetite so i dont know how KIWI eats all day on it.
but, also i heard it helps increase oxygen, which is a good thing im sure? so is it anabolic and should i take it alone to see its effects? or wait a month to add it to my cycle im saving for?
