Sorry I have not been here in quite some time. I had no idea that taking my training public and opening a forum would become so time consuming. I have no idea how Big A does it, lol.

Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know the forum is doing very well and I see a lot of you guys from here log in from time to time. If you haven't been there in awhile, stop by. We have new forums and we pride ourselves on being a drama free board, free of flaming so you can post any questions and get solid answers from some very solid vets.

I also have some new articles up and by tomorrow I will have a new article on Myostatin Inhibition posted that took quite some time to research and write.
