Do you gentlemen stop taking clen the last week or two before a show to help fill out or do you leave it in til day of the show?

I've done it both ways..but its easiler to fill out if you drop it out about 10 days out...

Did you gain body fat in those last 10 days? Seems to me a rebound fat gain could occur.

A water rebound is likely - I don't recommend cutting it.

I've found that it really depends on my dietary strategy at the time. I've filled out fine on clen and off clen. I usually cut it out about 12 hours prior to carbing up

i would think cramping would be a primary concern as well with keeping clen in your system while all lasix-ed up and stepping onstage

Thinking the same way Shelby since clen blunts cortisol (hormone that causes bloating).
