cramping on clen

All,
im starting to get muscle cramps on my clen/t3/AAS cut cycle. Ive got taurine on the way, should arrive in 7-10 days (doing time in iraq) however...
can anyone recommend something, like fruit, veggies meanwhile to help with the cramps? thier not that bad but its stops my nite cardio. And im following Big A's contest prep, im on week 7, or week 2 of nine.

i had the same problem. clen causes potassium deficiencies. bananas are high in potassium if you can afford the cals, or im sure a local grocery store has some calorie free product with high potassium.
 
Taurine..............

search for Taurine. Something about clen requiring extra Taurine and potassium...
 
Here's a list for you man...not sure which of these you can have, but things like apricots, prune juice, raisins, and cantaloupe are some other fruits you can try.

Here is a link to a website that has the potassium content of foods from the USDA. It it way to long to post on here and will give you more idea to choose from. Good luck man.

The taurine will help. Also dring more fluids,,,water,,gatorade,,,V8 etc..
 
some people just cramp on clen

taurine, potassium, fluids didn't stop the cramps for me, maybe reduced them, but by no means stopped them. It was still so much cramping I had to stop the clen.
 
i remember after my chest back shoulder workout i had a complete intense cramp in my shoulders back and chest had the most intense cramp, then the day earlier during my leg workout my quads and abs cramped to where i had to lie in the fetal position...some of the cramps can be wicked. i just upped my potassium and they went away though.
 
dosage

im around 160/mcg clen a day along with 150 mgc T3. along with other stuff.
I drink at least 1 1/2 gallon water a day.
 
1g turine, 2 times a day will/should fix it.
ditto! Taurine will help eleviate the cramping associated with clen! I take creatine, glutamine and taurine after my workouts anyway so i never have cramped with clen while taking this.
 
well,

i was putting around 50mcg a day for week, then hoped to 120 for a week, then jumped to 160.
yes, ive cut back to 80 now, til my taurine arrives. seems to be working now
thanks for the advice.
i got my cramping in my shoulders during my shoulder routine, next nite, i got it in my abs during cardio
 
V8 and taurine....

Just by increase fluid consumption will actually increase the cramps. Thus you are diluting out the electrolytes in your body (ie) sodium and potassium. Drink a 8oz glass of V8 three times a day and ad the taurine 1 gram twice a day like B-boy suggested and I can bet they will stop.:)
 
2-5g of taurine a day and potassium
