Anyone here experienced this or can offer some help? I only cramp when I do supersets or high rep abs. I only cramp in my stomach and nowhere else. I have competed for the last six years and haven't been able to do abs. Luckily I have them year around w/o much diet. I would like to train them hard since they are one of my few assets. lol. I drink plenty of water also. Even when dieting for a show while taking vitamins and Multiminerals I still cramp. Any suggestions?
