Creatine on cycle?

A lot of people state as fact that AAS increase phosphocreatine synthesis and storage (which would make creatine extra effective on-cycle) but I can't find a good study about it, just some rat studies and a human study showing AAS increase creatine kinase levels.

I know when I add creatine to my cycle I can drop my test to half the normal dose and still get jacked

Creatine is just a basic, well studied,cheap supplement that I keep in year round

I usually always stay on creatine. My current cycle is the first one in a few years that I'm not using any creatine or glutamine and I can't say I miss it. I'm the strongest I've been in a few years and on less juice than I normally use. But I have to still wonder if creatine would help with gains.

I believe var is one of the best ones iirc.

That ad has to be false because 26x more mass would be 4.32 not 4.34. Duh.

I agree with everyone. A $20 tub of creatine from GNC last about a year with a couple of breaks here and there. It works even at small dosages and is very cheap. I kind of cycle it and take breaks here and there as with every thing but it is a staple supplement.

For the same reason I use anadrol for the last ten days. It works. The muscle gets a bigger look and I usually gain at least 5 lbs of water inside the muscle

I went 5 years without coming off of it, but now that I stay on gh, I retain enough water. I just like to use it as a mental trick to grow into the last week.

Yea... I didnt know people still shopped at GNC.. way over priced along with crappy products for the most part

I recently found an unused bottle from ON and am currently using it. Seems to have me looking fuller
