Anyone use creatine while on a test cycle? And if so, how did that work out?
I used to use it year round, now I like to only use it for 10days prior to a contest.
A lot of people state as fact that AAS increase phosphocreatine synthesis and storage (which would make creatine extra effective on-cycle) but I can't find a good study about it, just some rat studies and a human study showing AAS increase creatine kinase levels.
Take Cell-Tech Hardcore Series. It builds 26x more muscle than creatine alone. It's a proven fact.
And gives white guys huge black bodies that look like Ronnie Coleman's. Cell-Tech ftw.
I agree with everyone. A $20 tub of creatine from GNC last about a year with a couple of breaks here and there. It works even at small dosages and is very cheap. I kind of cycle it and take breaks here and there as with every thing but it is a staple supplement.
Lol, whats the reason for that?
For the same reason I use anadrol for the last ten days. It works. The muscle gets a bigger look and I usually gain at least 5 lbs of water inside the muscle
Butwhy not always use it? its proven effective
A kilo from GNC is still gonna run you $27 even with a gold card. Board sponsor has it for $16/kilo.
