Hi guys, so i thought I'd do my first log on here, I'm new to forums so if I've put this in the wrong place I'm sorry! also sorry for not doing this as a weekly update thing but i wanted to share my progress with you

Age 22, Starting weight 191lbs, 6ft

Started cutting on 08/3/17 weighing at 19lbs.

Using Med Tech solutions lean xtreme 1ml eod. Absolutely loving it, oil is smooth and PIP isn't bad at all.

These first pics are from the 08/03/17 about a week in to the cut. sitting 188.2lbs









These next pics were a couple of weeks later on 22/4/17 sitting at around 184lbs











So... 7th may... one more week in to the cut - weight is dropping exactly how I want it to! Getting comments about my veins popping and stuff which is always nice! Might decrease the calories this week but I'll see how I look and feel considering I am still happy with the progress I am making! also there is no 'reason' for me to cut like I'm not competing or anything so theres no need to be making myself feel tired and lethargic if I'm happy with my progress.
Using Lean Extreme x1ml eod and loving it!
Update pictures below. Also added in some letro to keep the gyno down. Also sorry these aren't the best update pictures, i travel a lot with work so split between a few gyms which makes getting consistent pictures difficult! sitting around 183lbs











I'll post more from now weekly updates as i said before sorry for staggering this like this but now we are up to date! let me

Looking Lean. Are you looking to build a model physique or a bodybuilder one? What is the content of Lean Extreme that you are using? Is this your first cycle or?

Model physique - defo not got the bodybuilder genetics! lean xtreme is:
TEST PROP 50mg
DROST PROP 50mg
TREN ACE 50mg
PRIMO ENAN 50mg
TOTAL: 200mg

loving the results from it!

running 1ml eod.
2 previous 'bulking' cycles, first ever standard test e 600mg/week for 12 weeks
second was test e deca 12 weeks 600mg test 600 deca

So a week deeper in to the cut, hit another low weigh in today, feeling the struggles of a low carb diet, thinking next year to try keto possibly!!

Looking leaner but definitely on the flat side. Looks like you could use a refeed.

Looks perfectly normal to me. Ive had umbilical hernias for the past 30 years so I should know what they look like.

Yeah, you just had one fixed didn't you? Mine blew out about 6 months after I had it patched. They are not invincible once you get them patched. The doctors make it sound like they are, but that is for the average joe that isn't deadlifting 500 lbs plus.

yeah I had mine fixed recently




how did you blow yours back out? what did it look like after it was blown out?

What is you Low carb protocol? Low carbs 7 days a week? Seeing photos, I feel your body badly needs a refeed day.
