cutting cycle

Hey I'm pretty new when it comes to cycles but I'm looking for suggestions on a good 8 or 10 week cutting cycle. I was thinking about going with clen and t3, what should I use for test and how long? Would else is good to include in a cutting cycle? Anti-e's? I've never been down to a ripped bodyfat... and I'm thinking it's about time. I'm at 270 around 18-20% BF. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks alot.

I assume you've used clen or T3 before. First time I used clen it actually put me to bed most of the time - very sick/nautious feeling. With T3 you need to make sure you're on gear and eating PLENTY of protein. When I did more than "low dose," I lost muscle and gained fat@!$@#!

10 weeks isn't very long if you've never done this before. You can do it in that amount of time, but if you don't do it properly, you'll lose TOO MUCH muscle.

I've never actually used them before and I'm not sure if I wanna use clen by itself or with t3. I'm gonna be eating insane amounts of protein and for the most part, pretty clean. Gonna try to follow a diet somewhat similar to the one Big A has outlined in the articles forum. The 10 weeks thing was kind of just a guideline, i'm not like "10 weeks do or die get shredded at all costs". I'm just hoping to gain some serious ground by that point, but I definatly don't want to try and drop weight too fast because I've worked to hard for the muscle I have. I'm gonna evaluate at that point, see how it's going, and make any tweaks if neccesary. I'm still learning how my body responds to different diets\supps\training... it's one big learning process. If anyone has done what they think are successful cutting cycles in the past i'd love to see what you did, I'm just trying to learn all I can... gotta start somewhere. Thanks alot.
