I recently was talked into doing the hcg diet. 125 ui per day and low calories.
Well, I am prone to gyno so i decided to start clomid to take throughout the 21 days I would be on the diet. I started clomid 2 days before I was gonna start the hcg diet. Well the clomid alone actually worsened my gyno from another cycle that I had started and finished about 6 months earlier. I am not being paranoid as I had no idea that clomid could do this. I'm guessing that nolvadex would do this to me as well. So, if I were to take letro or arimidex there would be nothing i could do to prevent the rebound when i stopped. I have 4 bottles of aromasin 10mg and 30 pills each from THAT. I also have over 1 60ml bottle from a board sponsor. I would mention the name but Im not sure that its allowed. Anyway my thinking is that i can only do aromasin starting a week before and using during and as pct.
This is what my planned cycle will be:
wk 1-12 500 mg test e
wk 6-10 50 mg winstrol ed--not sure of the exact timing i will use for winny
aromasin 20mg wk 0-16
Now my only problem would come from the aromasin not being real or potent as the dosing is supposed to be.
Depending on bodyfat at the end of the cycle Ive considered taking
wk 13-18 250 test e to spare some muscle loss if further dieting is needed.
and extending the aromasin usage of course.
How effective would this be at causing zero additional growth is gyno that I already have as I am extremely prone to it? I have done up to 750mg sust 250 in a week and didnt get gyno symptoms but then used either dbol or anadrol that caused gyno. I had thought it was tbol but it was obviously not and now that i have gyno I need to keep it in check and not getting any worse. I am currently 5'6" 190 and plan to get down to 160-165 before I start. I dont know my bodyfat percentage but I start getting my 6 pack as I get down to 175ish and have no visible fat at 160. Try not to flame me, just give me some suggestions. I was originally under 120 at this same height so I have made a lot of progress without sups, It just seems as if a lean 160 is hard for me to get past naturally. btw im in my 30's.
