05 placed 9 at usa's and 13 at nats
had shoulder surgery this summer therefor N.A. was a no go but its on for the nats in miami!!

switched trainers in 05 therefore he needed to learn how my body reacts so this year i will definitely be moving up the food chain. hoping to place in top 5!!!

hold not I am not sure I get this.....this is a natural body building comp....don't they test, you are taking things up to the day of the show and most AAS stay in your system at least 4 weeks+. let me know how you are getting away with this. I gotta try something (but not as much) similar for winter '07

my weights 212 and i am probably about 5 weeks out. i pretty much stay lean all year round. i dont believe in the overbulking concept. i just try to add density while staying the same weight. t3 is a possibilty but not sure yet. need to see what i look like at 5 weeks. if i am still carrying a few deposits in the hard to reach areas then i will add it. i dont do that much cardio cause it will really deplete my muscle tissue. i guess i am lucky in that dept. the cycle is def designed to keep water retention down. i have no problem with drol till the show and it helps keep me full. the only real problem with this cycle is that it shuts my sex drive down but my wife is happy about that cause right now 3x per day is driving her nuts, but thats living with a bodybuilder taking over 2 grams a test a week!! some love it but some can keep up with it!!!!!!
