i have done orals before, dbol and anadrol, but am doing my first inject cycle. i have dbol 50mg, sus and tren E. i was thinkin about doing 50mg of dbol a day with 750mg of sus three shots a week, and then starting with the tren E at week for throuh 12. not really sure how much tren E to take tho. appreciate any feedback

well glad to see that you posted this in the proper place now... good job

this being your first inj. cycle trust me bro 500mgs of sus will be way more than enough to get you some great gains. You will be suprised how much you gain off of test! test isn't king for nothing bro. next cycle hit 500mgs of sus again and kick start with say 20-30mgs of dbol a day for first 3 weeks. dont just jump out the gates with everything under the kitchen sink bro, its just a waist of money IMHO.. start low and slow and work your way up as your cycle experience grows and your lean muscle mass accumulates.

b-boy, much appreciated man thanks alot the only reason i was wanting to do more is because i cant eat as much as i could back in the states, im deployed in afghanistan so eating as much as i want is kinda hard, just tryin to make up for it thanks again

been liftin about 2 years, had some really good gains went from 140 starting to 190 at my heaviest knowledgable with protiens and natural supps, just lookin to get some real gains now. my goal is to get up to around 215 over time

Well, quite honestly, at 5 ft 9 and 180 lbs you have some natural growng to do before you venture into AAS again. Your goal of getting up around 215 (or at least 200) is very possible with proper diet, workout, and rest.

Being deployed in Afganistan (thank you, by the way) and not having a pile of food available to eat makes this goal hard. IMO using AAS to get to where you want to be now is a mistake, and you will have trouble maintaining the gains once your off cycle.

I would say keep eating and working out now, and once you get back to the US (or your home country), reevaluate your diet and get to 200+ lbs without AAS, then look into adding AAS.

At 22, you have plenty of time.

Bump! Without extra food AAS is a waste. It's like hiring more brick layers and not having more brick morter for them to lay brick. The extra guys will just be standing around.
 
on a side note, look at it like this, if you dont have a ton of food your going to need to limit caloric expendature...in other words get as much rest as you can. i would also reevaluate your training and see if volume can be lowered. i dont know what kind of program your on but try to find the most efficient way to trigger a growth response from your muscles in the shortest amount of time. then get back to resting.
