Well, quite honestly, at 5 ft 9 and 180 lbs you have some natural growng to do before you venture into AAS again. Your goal of getting up around 215 (or at least 200) is very possible with proper diet, workout, and rest.
Being deployed in Afganistan (thank you, by the way) and not having a pile of food available to eat makes this goal hard. IMO using AAS to get to where you want to be now is a mistake, and you will have trouble maintaining the gains once your off cycle.
I would say keep eating and working out now, and once you get back to the US (or your home country), reevaluate your diet and get to 200+ lbs without AAS, then look into adding AAS.
At 22, you have plenty of time.
