I have a few questions regarding steroid cycles, I hope a couple people can help me out. I hope these questions haven't been asked over and over, but I couldn't find anything via the search engine.
1. I have never done a cycle, but I read many posts regarding one's first cycle. In the sticky I read that for the first 3-4 cycles one shouldn't shoot more than 350mg total per week for short periods (6-8 weeks). I keep reading in threads over and over though that one should do 12 weeks at 500mgs/week (test-e for example). What's "right"?
2. Most of the people here seem to do cycles to gain muscle mass. What would you guys suggest for athletes who want to keep muscle mass gains to a minimum but increase strength drastically?
3. I am sure that his question has been asked hundreds of times, but I will risk it anyway: What do you guys think is a "safe age" to start using?
4. What training approach are you guys following when you are on?
5. I read that Glenn Pendlay suggests that instead of adding weight right away on a cycle, one should start by adding volume. What do you guys think about that?
