No actually it seems he does. On MD he lays out some workouts in a thread they have laying out preps since the last O. They do their rest pause set to start so they can gauge progress, then drop weight for a few sets

He is definitely one of the strongest top pro bodybuilders. The guy is a beast in the gym. Plus it's not like he is acting like Branch Warren in the gym either... everything is controlled. They do some great videos... simple but great to watch.

I absolutely love his and Matt's mindset not only in the gym, but about the lifestyle is general. They truly do it for the love of it.
