yeah , not trained by Dante either , but i hope i can shed some extra light on this as well . just don't stay away completely from the gym . try out new exercises , which you might want to use in your next blast .besides that do your usual routine ,but stay 2 or 3 reps shy of failure . give yourself enough recovery . if you are eating like you are supposed to on a blast , then maybe just take off a meal from your usual diet . some people are fine having 7 days , other need 10 to even 14 days . you will have to see how you feel .
how was your first blast by the way ? what did your split look like and what exercises did you use and what rep ranges ? just curios .
