Hey guys.. Maybe I will start up with a new program now.. with only good massbuilder excercices like deadlift, squats, benchpress.. tons of sets... bulking of course!
f.ex:
mon: squats low rep 20 sets
tue: benchpress high rep 10-15 sets
wed:deadlift high rep 10-15 sets
thu:
fri: benchpress low rep 20 sets
sat: deaflift low rep 20 sets
sun:
1x squat, 2x dead, 2x bench
its only for 1month..
what do you guys think?
