I am just over 4 weeks out for my show and I am about 7-10 days ahead of where I usually am at this point. I always take pics weekly and know my body very well.
Any tips would be great. I have dropped cardio, added about 75g more carbs in as well. For some reason the last 2 weeks I have made big jumps in conditioning I usually don`t see until the 3 week point.
