Being 11 weeks out from my first show and still confused on the proper way to diet in relation to the amount of carbs to consume. I have 2 options, the first being dieting using the aceto method of lowering carbs for 3 days, then having a carb up day, or the standard 200 grams a day carbs. Protein will be 400 grams a day standard throughout and fat consumption will be very low. I get lean very quick and lose bodyfat extremely fast. I am about 12% at the moment but i have been lean for a while
I plan on showing up at about 110 kilos at bout 4% B/F, i am currently 120 kilos and about to start my 10 week cycle in which i will be using everything.....................LOL
Any solid advice would be very much appreciatted
