difference between whey protein isolate cold filtration and microfiltrated?

Go watch the video that Shelby just put up. He said he does the same in the off-season as dieting as far as shakes. Why would you be missing out and what would you be missing out? You can't say that kind of stuff with nothing to back it up. This isn't bb.com buddy, you gotta bring something

He actually says he eats a lot of other foods in this vid and if one is on steroids anything you eat will contribute to gains

You NEVER addressed the 2 bolded points above to back your claim. Care to explain why? I already know why, you have absolutely zero proof of it, just acting as if you do.

I wrote, in the last sentence of my last post, "Read his replies"
He posted the video, someone asked a question and he immediately answered it. The question was about shakes, which pretty much takes your entire argument, and takes a massive dump on it. He did say he eats a lot of food, yes, but he also said he takes 3-4 shakes a day. This, again, takes a dump on your lackluster argument

So again, why are whole foods better than shakes?
What is someone missing out on if they consume 3-4 shakes a day?
 
Dr. Ivy on the second episode of blue collar radio mentioned that spiking your insulin 6x a day is not a good thing (for fat loss) and that you should eat 3 meals a day but then he said that you should also have a pre, post, and before bed shake (if I'm not mistaking). Which for us those count as meals also and they are.

But my point is that even a Dr. said that getting your 3-4 shakes a day from proteins is not bad.

Also what are we missing out? We're not even "suppose to" be eating 1-2x our body weight in protein. We get more protein in 2 meals than most people do all day. Aren't they suppose to be more fucked than us then?
