I've read a few article in which pros discussed their diets and it just seems unreal. Maybe they do eat that much to support all that mass but damn. I don't know how they could stomach it all.
I read a Jay cutler diet once and he would eat like 25 egg whites with some yolks all at once multiple times throughout the day and eat like 20 ounces of meat several times a day. as well as a bunch of other stuff. something like 10 k+ calories a day? How do these guys train themselves to handle all that?
Do all the freaks eat like this? Maybe Phil can answer this since he probably has the most experinece being around these guys.
