i use plazmosis.
but since i work in the construction field and in texas. i have noticed that it doesnt do much after being in a hot ass building all day. no a/c or fans and all windows and doors installed. i actually have to go out into the 99 temp to cool off.
but when i get up and hit the gym at 4:00 am i can feel it. i just cant get up at 3:30 am all the time

I'm another one that trains kind of early in the morning-5:30am. For a long time I usually use 50mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine about 30-45 minutes before my workouts and it works great. I found a tub of NO-Xplode recently at a good price and use it once in a while as well. I find it gives me a pretty good boost, especially if I am unable to eat anything before I train.

Supposedly ephedrine lowers gh so would it not be better for your gains to leave it out of your pre work stack?
