Catch-22
It's kind of a catch-22. IGF-1 without BA is very unstable, so BA is used to stablize the molecule. Unfortunately, it "unwinds" the peptide to some degree. One author I talked to who uses this in a number of his protocols, says this reduces the potency up to 50%. But on the other hand, if the BA wasn't there, the stuff probably wouldn't arrive intact after going through the shipping process.
I haven't used IGF-!, so can't speak from personal experience, but my discussions with those who have suggests that BA is, indeed, the culprit. The only answer I was given on what to do about this was to simply increase the dosages.
I'd be interested, too, in hearing from others with experience in using IGF-1.
