Does HMB really work?

There's a supplement called HMB. I think it's crap but other guys from my gym are saying that it works. The boss of my gym sais it's a great supplement. I think he want more money, so he can spend his money on test and not for... HMB.

Am i right?

HMB is absolutely bogus. Don't waste your time with supplements. Creatine is ok, as is glutamine and BCAAs, but everything else is horrible. I believe HMB is useful for newbies with less than a month of training, and only in extremely large, expensive doses.
