I have been thinking about training 2 times a day 3 times a week. But I dont know if it is the best choice. I have a very fast metabolism and I have a hard time puting on weight. So I dont know if it would be productive.
I am only going to do this 3 times a week so I can hit legs chest and back two times a week.
so my routine would look like this..
M-chest
T-Quads
W-Triceps
T-Back-chest (only flat bench and incline 2 sets each)
F-Biceps-quads (only squats)
S-hams
Su-Back (only deads)
I dont have a problem training 7 days a week..I recover very fast and am very young..I usually take off 5 days through out the month when I feel I need it
I have been getting in 5,487 cals a day (this may very by 200-300 cals a day) The cals are all pretty clean..
every one of my meals right now is either 2 chicken breasts with one twiced baked potato, 2 chicken breasts with one pizza bread, 3 cans of tuna on toast, and protein shakes with oil and 100 grams of carbs..so that is what all my cals come from..I eat this every day..
so what are some thoughts on this..
