Does True Protein have a good protein blend for cutting?

Or would a protein isolate from any brand do? I tried cutting last year and failed miserably so im giving it another shot. Being a type 1 diabetic makes it 100 times harder so I have alot to learn before I start.

Did you put any additives in with it?

You want to use a blend that it is higher in milk protein isolate, or casein, preferably one with micellar casein, as you need more of a anti catabolic effect , The only time i would use a whey (isolate or whatever) would be post workout. The longer acting micellar casein should help keep your blood sugar l more level as well.

I think all protein is good for cutting if your body digest it well.

Team Skip is my favorite though , as is their regualr Egg white protein

Yes indeed , i mix mine with just enough water to make like cake batter and stick in the freezer for a bit , protein icecream.

or add some casine to to and a scoop of peanut butter with a bit less water makes kinda like fudge

I've started doing this at the house alot for the kids and they both love it

This flavor or java mocha are very good.

If you want an isolate the whey ion exchange isolate in premium chocolate is excellent

IMHO true protein team skip blend protein and next generation LBA's are must have supplements, I can do without eveything else if i have to.

i like adding the vitamin/mineral/electrolite mix and of course the flavor of your choice.
