I follow a lot of his priciples but not the frequency. If I remember correctly, he works each muscle group 3x every week. I follow his rest/pause-high intensity and lots of stretching but I dont' believe my body can handle taking it 3x week!
Do his workout and you will sleep alot more than that. Just got throught my first week and wow! Exactly on and it was intense. Some DICK saw me come in the gym and saw me leaving and was like are you taking it easy, you've only been here 45 +/- mins. I laughed and tried to walk out. It taxes your body good, but I also feel good. It seems to work!
i personally feel it is one of the best around. also, phil hernon does something very similar but uses a few more exercises but, the premise is the same. if you see doggcrapp and phil....well it must work huh..lol
