I follow a lot of his priciples but not the frequency. If I remember correctly, he works each muscle group 3x every week. I follow his rest/pause-high intensity and lots of stretching but I dont' believe my body can handle taking it 3x week!
Instynct wouldn't that only be 2 workouts per week? I thought Dogg had mentioned a M-T-T-F split which is what I was considering.
I tried his routine briefly and loved it however I find it only works when bulking, I'm not sure how he structures his dieting phases but I find it impossible to get stronger each week while dieting.
Thanks for clearing that up, it makes sense when I reread it but for some reason it didn't earlier today....could have something to do with that 5 hours of sleep I got.
Do his workout and you will sleep alot more than that. Just got throught my first week and wow! Exactly on and it was intense. Some DICK saw me come in the gym and saw me leaving and was like are you taking it easy, you've only been here 45 +/- mins. I laughed and tried to walk out. It taxes your body good, but I also feel good. It seems to work!
i personally feel it is one of the best around. also, phil hernon does something very similar but uses a few more exercises but, the premise is the same. if you see doggcrapp and phil....well it must work huh..lol
