Not used that specific brand....but 10,000 a day with K2 right after an afternoon meal as that is when most of my fats are eat.Metagenics makes an excellent line of pharm grade supplements, including D3 w/k2. 10,000/day until levels come up, then a couple times a week only. Absorbs best with fat, so time it with a meal. Its possible to take too much D3, which can increase blood calcium levels

10,000IU with 3 fish oil or krill oil.
Not going to get shit out of your fat soluble vitamins if you aren't adding fats with that meal. Usually easiest with breakfast if you can have whole eggs ect.
During prep (now) i just take fish/krill with them and my greens drink.
