For the past 7 months i have been taking caffein before workouts wether its in a supplement, a fat burner, or coffee. I feel it has helped me unbelievably with energy, strength, attitude and aggression, etc... for my workouts. I take it before every workout 5 days a week. Is there a downside to doing this that i should be worried about because i love it?
