Egg whites give me horrible gas but are great for muscle building. It gets better after my body gets used to it.
You are not kidding. My farts smelled like rotting compost. I couldnt even handle it myself. I had to quit. The gains were decent though.

I have used prebiotics in the past but not while I was drinking the egg whites. Does that help with the gas?Did either of you use a pro/pre biotic ever? I've never had an issue with gas from egg whites

Pretty sure it was already mentioned in this thread but liquid egg whites from places like costco and are fully digestible. I do not recommend eating raw eggs you separate from the yolks.
