Something tells me you use a bit more than 6g haha. What amount do you take?

Yes :D But nothing really high and it changes for me. I have no exact amount but recently approx 15g is about right. Sometimes it may be higher. My jug broke so I have been using a protein shaker so I never add more than 2 scoops of any particular product due to the strong taste. I drink a little and dilute with more water. So I am not anal about hitting a certain amount of grams and taste is a factor for me. As long as I am about 10g or over I am happy but I do think it's beneficial using more especially if you train hard.

I just checked the 2 products I am using now. The first is Like a Pro EAA/BCAA's which is a total of 12.75g per scoop. Recently I have been doing 1.5 scoops but with a larger bottle I do 2 scoops. 2 scoops would be 25.5g EAA's and 10g Gluatamine so that is my max dose of that.

The other product I am currently using is Axe & Sledge's The Grind. It is missing one EAA (l-methionine) though. I do 2 scoops of that everytime. Per 2 scoops you have 15g EAA's plus 5g glutamine, 2g ornithine akg etc. So you can see I do different but always adequate amounts.
