guys I'm curious about taking an ECY stack...
My question is, what is the bottom line difference in fat burning here? Any way to quantify it? Like say you were to lose a pound a week without it, would you be losing 1.25 lbs, 1.5lbs, 2lbs a week with it? Or losing the same amount of weight but with more energy? Obviously it depends from person to person but some anecdotal evidence would be appreciated. Thanks
