I wanted to know what the best keto diet is out there that's working for people the best, for the last 6 or 7 weeks I have been using a cyclical keto diet along the lines of p/f/c - 35/60/5, but I just got done reading most of lyle mcdonlads book and he says to do primarily protein, keep carbs 50 or less and fat is lower than what I have typically seen for keto diets. Now I have been getting results don't get me wrong, but I am wondering if the higher protein/moderate fat is a better way to go then the moderate protein/high fat, I know different things work for different peope but I would like to know what works the best for most people.
