Effective Sleeping Pills/Agents?

You have a lot of stuff swirling around. Why are you eating 4000 calories? Have you tried no drugs or supplements for a few days and see what happens? No fun at first, but then you are better than ever.

Believe me, I have plenty of experience with uppers and downers. I felt bad to put it mildly when I stopped them all, but now I just turn on the fan for white noise and I sleep like the dead. My wife comments all the time about my new sleep patterns.

IMHO you need to detox. Then after you suffer for a week or two, see where you are at.
 
You're not kicking when I say I have a lot of stuff going on, but TRUST me when I say, I've tried your suggestions and nothing helps.

I'm eating 4,000 calories (lately more like 5,000+ calories) because I am in excruciating hunger pain.

I have not tried the no drugs/supps recently but have numerous times in the past and it didn't work; hell, as for detox, at one point I even followed the raw food diet for like 5-6 months STRAIGHT. I've also followed a low carb diet and went many months straight at < 10% carbs, and just about everything macro nutrient ratio in between. The balanced diet that my nutritionist put together is by far the best, but clearly useless without the hgh/peptides (GHRPs/GHRHs).
 
My best friend recently spent a night at the Columbia University Medical Hospital Sleep Center. It cost about $1,500. Not cheap, but money very well spent.

The best doctors work at the best medical school teaching hospitals. They know even more than charlatans like me on steroid boards. :lightbulb:

You sound like you've suffered long enough. :(
