I agree. Im curious to know about the advantage of using processed junk. Maybe theres something that will justify its use but as far as Im concern nothing can replace real natural food.
This is exactly what happens to me when I drink egg whites by themselves. I have ZERO issue when I blend them in a shake or use 8oz mixed wit a scoop of whey.
i would eliminate one of the ingredients at a time
one day make the shake with no eggs , the next day put the eggs back and leave out the yogurt , the next day put rhe yogurt back remove the whey.
i have the exact same reaction from some dairy products , if the whey isn't pure whey isolate i get gas and cramps , same with milk unless its raw milk.

This but instead of doing it one day at a time switch for two days at a time. Reason being is food allergens that are not blantanly obvious can take over 24 hours to show signs of irritation to your bowels. If you switched foods every 24 hours you'd be running around in circles. My recommendation is a 48-72 hour rotation of foods if not longer (up to a week). Best of luck. I believe his boils down to what doctors refer to as IGG and IGE allergens
Update. So I switched over to true nutrition egg white powder. Same thing. Awful gas amd diharrea. Experimented with eating 6 cooked eggs per day for 3 days. No gas or diharrea. So I can't drink egg white intl or take egg white powder yet I can eat a ton of cooked eggs with no problem. Weird.
Inless you have a farm you have no idea what there feeding there chickens these days. So many people think they have a sudden egg allergy. Doubtful its the crap that they feed them.
I down 12 raw eggs every morning at work. I space them out over an hour.
One of the paralegal ladies at my office accuses me of possibly having "relationship-ending gas". I have minimal gut distress if not consumed too quickly. Even then there is zero ass flatulence.
Go with the Real McCoy and ditch the pastuerized egg white crapacola.
