just a thread to post your favorite post workout meal,

ill start out with a friend of mine who consumes 60 grams carbs of fat free fig newtons post workout to take care of that daily sugar craves.

My current "intra/post" training shake is 65g Dextrose

the meal after that is 1/2 to 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatos , tea spoon spleanda and a teaspoon of cinnamon
 
3/4 Cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon for me.
 
Low-fat poptarts ocassionally;)...okay for real and usually, it would be 2 scoops of protein powder, 8-10oz. of skim milk, 1-2 packets of oatmeal, 1 scoop of natural peanut butter all blended up with some ice!
 
2 cups white rice, chased with a top sirloin steak...yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
