after 16 weeks I can now start training fully again. I have to start slow (pushups/pullups) and work up over time, but it is a huge step forward. Doc also wants me training 4 weeks and then resting a full week so that I can get full healing(we all should probably do this anyway).
I am super excited that I can finally do something. Watching my arms shrink to 17inches and shoulders shrink after 4 months of no training has sucked. Time to at least get some glycogen back in em!!
