how much will you weigh in at ..and how many grams of carbs are you planning ??
99% of people I have seen compete..miss the carb load by 1-2 days ...they are afraid to eat ...so after the contest ...they "cheat" ..and look amazing sunday or monday ....
I plan on carbing up the day before the show and during the morning of the day of the show, what types of carbs should i eat?
What have you used before that gave best results?
