HI ALL,not sure how to go about this so i will just ask...

-Lifting naturally for 8 years, 20 years old, 5'8 ,195lbs

-want to further my progress but have no idea which aas i should use, i do not plan on using aas for the rest of my life.

-i would simply like to try aas in moderation

-something mild yet effective without having to worry about harsh side effects.

-i am already in great shape due to my consistent diet and training regimen.
PLease give me your thoughts

assuming that your diet and training have gotten you to a point that your gains are slim to none thats when its time to try the gear rout.

I'd personaly start off slow and simple , some people say hit the first one big and hard cause thats where the best gains come but i don't agree with that.

In all honesty though at 20yrs old id invest in hiring a trainer to bump you up a step or two before hitting the sauce , everybody i've seen or heard that used Mountaindog for their training made big gains , same with DC training

Plenty of good threads in the beginning section.

You're still very young and your natural hormone levels should be fairly high.

I personally would wait a few more years to start messing with a perfectly fine endocrine system. You probably can get to 210 with a solid diet and training regimen.

That said, if I was to do my first cycle today, it'd be a traditional test/deca/dbol stack, such as:

1-10 - 500mg test
1-10 - 400mg deca
1-4 - 30mg dbol

Plenty of info on ancies and protections everywhere.

I saw gains in 3 weeks of DC training that would take more over 3 months just with a normal routine.

Get everything in order first diet, training and your life outside the gym.
Do your research obtain everything you need do not run out mid cycle!
Then hit it hard and heavy this will be the time in your life when you make maximum gains.
In other words there aint nothing like your first time

Also get sum bloodwork done prior to that way you will have a baseline and definately do blood work mid cycle.
