First cycle - please critique too much Exemestane?

My first cycle in over a decade: 5'10" 172 10% bf 43 yrs old

Weeks 1-12 800mg Test (400 2x week)
Weeks 1-3 35mg Dbol ED
Weeks 3-15 500 mg HCG (250 2x week)
Exemestane 12.5 mg ED or EOD depending on reaction

PCT
Weeks 14.5-18.5 (2.5 weeks after last shot above)
Clomid 50mg ED
Tamoxifen 40mg for 2 weeks then 20 mg for 2 weeks

A friend is telling me that it is too much Ex. He says just 12.5 on days I pin?
 
With 800mg test, I would do ED

No, your plan is much better than what your friend is telling you. You would have sky high E if you only did it on the days you pin.
 
Thats a lot of gear for someone 170lbs at 5'10... Im 6'1 265 around 12% bodyfat fat and iv never taken 800mgs of test in a week in my life...

Maybe you should, may help you loose some off your fat!

I like 12.5 eod even at 1000mg

By your stats, I believe you could put a good 20 pounds of quality muscle naturally. And I honestly doubt that you'll recover from a cycle like this at your age...
 
Gotta agree with Alex on this one, if you cleaned up diet changed up training etc you should be able to gain quite easily! Maybe run TRT Doses? you will still make results

Really? At that age, 20lbs of muscle natty. I doubt it.
 
And the more is better mentality continues into 2014....
 
At that age I would test my t levels before I cycled. If they are good I would stay natty or get ready for trt. Cycling after 40 IMO is counterproductive and cruising makes much more sense. Also 800 is overkill with 10 yrs off at 172lbs. A little run of 3-400 would blow you up and be a lot easier on you, but even wth that I would plan on trt or one hell of a PCT.
 
I believe most on here advise taking exemestane in an AM/PM dosage, due to the relatively short half-life. In other words, for you, 6.25mg in the morning and 6.25mg at night.

Also, don't forget that HCG is measured in IUs, you're not actually taking 250mg of the stuff :)

Not needed. Take it once a day if you need it ed.

Only you know if you are training really hard, your diet is in check and have hit a plateau etc...Now, that is too much test for a first time cycle. Lower it to no more than 500mg and you will have more than enough, then you can add 30mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks.

Your anti, you can take every day and 12.5mg and go from there.
 
At that age, you better worry about your heart and health. You don't need that much. I say 200 MG of test and 2 IUS of legit GH is plenty. Why not post how you eat and train. Maybe we can find some holes in that. You are a little thin, might be over training being ecto.

Thank you very much for the input. It is amazing what a resource a board like this is! I wish the President and the AG would come in here and see true harm reduction in action.

My initial plan was also 500 mg test/week, another recommended change. I will adjust it back down as well as move the Ex back to the planned ED.

I have been on TRT for about three years from 100-200 mg a week of Cypionate. My levels started at around 200 naturally, and I have average right around 600 while I have been on on the TRT. I could at least be leaner than this at this weight, and should be, but it is also a matter of timing with other things that lead me to choose to do one now; if I could put it off a bit I would. I did a few cycles when I was 33 or 34. 500mg test 400 mg Deca + initial Dbol kicker 10 weeks; 600 test / ??? Tren for 12 weeks. I stopped because I just couldn't afford all new suits yet again and had not picked it back up until now.
