Food and protein makes me nauseous

For the last few months every time I have a protein shake or eat my meals like steak, rice chicken etc.. I get bloated and upset stomach, nauseated and just heavy feeling in my stomach. Also burping a lot.
Feels like stomach is not processing food. I do have acid reflux and will occasionally while sleeping come all the way in to my throat.
Did I mess up my stomach with all this clean food and protein? Is it possible that im lactose intolerant suddenly now?
I should mention that I don’t eat any veggies, can’t really stand them. Maybe lacking in fiber.

I had your exact problem two years ago. I switched to humapro instead of whey and that issue went away but I always get bad reflux on tren.

id look into getting your gallbladder checked out. well worth the dr visit either way. they will get you an ultrasound of your liver and gallbladder.
 
I was thinking about Humapro. i will probably switch to that.

I had a full checkuyp and blood test and liver check 2 months ago and everything was good.

Im wondering if i am missing some good bacteria , will try some probiotics and yogurt.
 
It's possible that your stomach is messed up.

Here's a good tip, before you eat sip on a hot/warm cup of water with half a lemon.

Tastes good and helps with digestion and it's natural.
 
When was the last time you took a break from high protein and heavy training?

3 to 4 months ago i took a month off training and all supplements including protein.
I was coughing blood at that time and had to get off all supps and stuff. Went to bunch of checks and dif dr's specialists and they couldnt find anything why i was coughing pure blood.

Since then i was fine except now my stomach started to bothering me.
 
I was having this issue. I have ulcers and IBS and will occasionally get bacterial build-up. I'll go on a course of an anti-biotic and that usually does the trick.

I was drinking True Nutrition EAAs and BCAAs to ensure protein synthesis. Honestly, that is all Humapro is... Just get some good EAAs and BCAAs and take some time off heavy training and pushing the food and let your body heal up.

I would also suggest adding in some digestive enzymes and pro and pre-biotics as well as eating a diet rich in gut friendly food. Things like kefir, fermented vegetables, fruits with digestive enzymes (pineapple and papaya), aloe vera juice, lemon water, apple cider vinegar (the good stuff Bragg's)...

Mountain Dog made a post a while back about all of the things he does to aid in healthy digestion.

^^^he bet me to next post when you answered. I have ibs and acid reflux . The bleeding could have been from an irritation. ..but that can cause a lot of issues.

Mental flex is right the only TP eaa is the same as humanapro. I flavor mine with stevia lemon and a little ACV. I eat very little meat now.

Check out the dietary stuff he mentioned very solid and helpful

I stopped using protein shakes because I was Always bloated.
The best decision I ever made.
I can eat a lot more now..

I hate shakes :mad:
 
im on some prescription meds that do me the same way bro, I have to take fiber to get my colon moving. try Cacara Sagrada capsules, it works for me (spelling might be slightly off). u can get them at Wal-Mart pretty cheap.
 
I tried taking Tren and Tbol together about 2 months ago, I couldn't eat a thing - not hungry.

This may apply to you 0%, but oral always kill my appetite. No - mo.
