Can you list your routine:
1.) Sets & reps ?
2.) How do you keep recovery in check ?
3.) Do you care about CNS ?
4.) How do you structure Deads & Squats/Quads ?
5.) Your physical stats & strength ?
I'm currently training DC. I have aggrevated an old miniscus injury. But, before I tinker with my routine at all I wanted to get some input from others. My knee does not hurt at all from Deads. I have run into the miniscus issue before and if I back down on what hurts it, it usually recovers fine.
