You need your ESSENTIAL AMINOS, so why would you take BCAA(and glutamine?) post workout?Free form (BCAAs and Glutamine) or whole proteins (whey powder)? Which do you prefer right after training?

EAA intra. Real food post(animal protein).
Anyone who would just drink bcaa and glutamine post is absolutely clueless in sports nutrition. UNLESS it was for the sole purpose of getting a high enough (and you need to be getting 4-5g worth) leucine content just prior to a whole food animal protein meal.
Studies? Or stop preaching and calling ppl stupid.
I drink BCAA when dieting only, bulking is not needed. intra or post; it will not make a difference.. Phil Heath didn't win the Olympia drinking EEA and BCAA .. bodybuilding isn't that complicated

I didn't call anyone stupid, stupid. Studies? How about you need EAA(not eea) to form/create muscle tissue, not just BCAA. EAA contains the BCAA's as well.
Sure buddy...nothing about sports nutrition makes a difference! Keep on knowing more than all of us mere mortals who aren't intelligent enough to learn any better.
I'll preach on what I KNOW works and what I BELIEVE is optimal and you mind your business.
I have a shake directly after WO = Whey and Dextrose. Then 45 minutes later I have my whole food meal. Sounds like its better to just stick to a complete amino profile directly post WO and supplement BCAA's Intra.
dont get why people think that dextrose help with any thing other than getting you fat
use 30% Hydrolysis whey protien pre work... whole food after.
You're an Internet tough guy. you obviously repeat what you read and nothing is intelligent about that. You get enough from protein sources to support muscle tissue growth. rely on my typos to get an advantage of an Internet debate that you turned it into a disrespectful argument. no wonder you're always on here. real life must be tough for you
