Hello guys, i have a problem.
A friend who is preparing for a competition, his problem, his weight has not moved for 6 weeks, he is not losing fat.
He is less than 20gr of carbs per day, takes T3, T4, clen, does 1 hour of cardio per day and it does not move.
He tried to eat more and the next day his weight increased !!!
His competition is in 3 weeks, and as I told you he is still at the same weight, same shape.
Could someone explain to me? For me it is incomprehensible because he says that he does not make any deviations.

Welcome to the last decade or two. He seems to be missing all the latest components for today's cutting cycles.
 
Lots info missing here! Calories, training sessions, how much body fat / muscle mass did he have prior to deciding to compete, etc. Cutting agents don't mean anything without all this basic information!
 
He does that :
Meal 1
6 egg whites + 20gr of spinach + 5gr of coconut oil + 35gr of whey isolate

Meal 2
220gr white fish (cod) + 20gr almond

Meal 3
200gr chicken cutlet + 8 asparagus + 1/2 avocado 200mg Caffeine, 1000mg dandelion

Meal 4 (60 minutes before the training drink)
200gr turkey cutlet + 1/2 cucumber

Intra-workout drink
15gr EAA + 200mg Caffeine + 5gr glutamine + 5gr Citrulline + 10gr creatine

Cardio: 30 min post-workout

5 post-workout meal
220gr white fish + 8 asparagus

Meal 6
10 egg whites + 1/2 cucumber

1548 kcal / 22 carbs / 34 fat / 292 prot
 
He must still weigh 8 pounds more, maybe 12% body fat.
Like I said, her weight hasn't changed for 6 weeks.
He started his diet 12 weeks ago and he only lost 3 kg !!!!! It's incomprehensible
5 weekly workouts + 40 min of cardio upon waking and 30 min after training.

He weighs 97kg, his competition is October 30th.
The problem is when he eats a little more he gains weight.
He has tried everything but he is not losing fat.
He tried aldactone for a week, he didn't lose 1 kilogram either !!! He wanted to check if he was not retaining water. He drinks 5 liters a day.

If this is not you, and it's your friend, I would suspect he is cheating on his diet. This is from coaching many people, and 99% of the people that weren't losing weight on a low calorie diet, eventually admitted to cheating on their diet. Doesn't mean huge cheat meals, a lot of them would snack through out the day, and because it was a handful here, and a handful there, they truly believed they weren't cheating. They didn't account that a handful of potato chips would be 200+ calories for example.
 
Yes that was my opinion too. He promised me he never cheated. Would he really have lied to me.
