A friend who is preparing for a competition, his problem, his weight has not moved for 6 weeks, he is not losing fat.
He is less than 20gr of carbs per day, takes T3, T4, clen, does 1 hour of cardio per day and it does not move.
He tried to eat more and the next day his weight increased !!!
His competition is in 3 weeks, and as I told you he is still at the same weight, same shape.
Could someone explain to me? For me it is incomprehensible because he says that he does not make any deviations.
