G.H.and how much h2o to add...??

How much water do i really have to add to my GH powder.Do i really have to add an entire CC to it or can i just add 1/2 cc to make the shot more comfortable under the skin.I am at 12 % BF right now so i do have some skin to pinch off..thanks

is there anyway you can not add enough water or can you add what dissolves it

I'm not sure if there is a right or wrong way to mix, I think it just depends on the volume of fluid you want to inject.
I shoot 80 iu's of water into the vial and then do two injections of 40 iu's of fluid. I'm using the Anke 4iu vials. Like I said, I don't know if this is right or wrong, but it seems to work for me.....L8TR

I'd go ahead and throw some water in there, and see what happens. If it all dissolved (w/o stirring or anything) then you should be good to go. Shaking or stirring will destroy the GH, so you need to be careful. I think that's thats why the recommend so much water... don't wanna hurt your GH.
